QPR Gatekeeper Suicide Prevention Training
QPR GATEKEEPER SUICIDE PREVENTION TRAINING //
Saturday, March 29 | Be a Light in Someone’s Darkness. Hope starts with you! QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a simple yet powerful training that equips you to recognize when someone is struggling, offer words of hope, and connect them to the help they need. Just like CPR saves lives in a medical emergency, QPR can make a life-saving difference in a mental health crisis. Training includes a one year certification in QPR and additional resources.
In a short hour and a half, gain the confidence and skills to be a voice of encouragement and support. Together, we can bring light to those who need it most!
Training Date: Saturday, March 29th

Bridges Class
Beginning Sunday, April 6 at 9 AM | 6 weeks
Learn to love Muslim people like Jesus did. He always acknowledged a person's background and culture. By building bridges between Islam and Christianity through their many similarities, we can gently and respectfully help to draw people to a loving God who gave His Son for our salvation. Join us as we learn to love and share with Muslims in our city and beyond. Cost for the class: $25. Scholarships available.

Live It Out Saturday
All are invited to join us Saturday, March 1, from 10 AM to 2 PM. We’ll start with a brief time of guidance and prayer before heading out into the community to enjoy lunch and pray in different locations. At 1 PM, we’ll gather back at the church to share our experiences.
Come be part of this opportunity to lift up our city and possibly encounter divine appointments. It’s a powerful way to witness God at work!

Prayer for our Adopted People
We invite you to join our monthly prayer gathering via Zoom, dedicated to praying for our adopted people group. The gathering takes place on the fourth Friday of each month at 6 PM. Our next meeting is February 28. Come together as we pray for a powerful movement of Jesus among this unreached people group.

If you are new to Living Way, or have never had a chance to have coffee with one of our pastors, we invite you to join us for the Meet the Pastors Coffee on Sunday, February 23 between services in the Atrium.
This will be a casual time for you to get to know some of our pastors and for them to connect with you. No RSVP required - just pop over and say hello!

LifeGroups
LifeGroups at Living Way are a great place to get connected into our community, make new friends, and to do life together. We are planning to start several new groups around specific interests, includes hiking, golf, art, and pickleball. Our hope is these groups will also provide a point of connection for your family, neighbors, an friends who may not be involved in a church community.
If you are interested and would like to participate in, and/or lead, one of these new groups, please sign up in Atrium today after service or email Pastor Ian.

Live it Out Saturday
February 1 | 10 AM - 3 PM
We will meet together for a brief time of guidance and prayer, then head out into our community to have lunch and pray in various places, talking and praying with people as the Spirit leads. We’ll join together again at church at 2:00 to share and pray about our time. Join us to lift up our city and perhaps experience divine appointments. Come even if you are hesitant. We will join you with others who have done this kind of outreach. There is no better way to see God at work!

Journey One
Sundays, January 26 - April 13 | 9 AM | Look at the Bible and learn from short passages who God is and how He has planned for us to live with Him right now. Join us in this journey for an overview of the gospel message and a simple way of hearing from God in Scripture. Led by Rob and Karla Groll.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit
January 25 | 9 AM - 12 PM | Join us to discover what Jesus meant when He told His disciples to wait in Jerusalem to be "baptized in the Holy Spirit" (Acts 1:5). We will review and discuss Scripture and consider how this gift operates in believers today. Led by Pastor John Cashdollar.
Child care is available at no charge. Please REGISTER by Wednesday, January 22, and (if applicable) provide the names and ages of children.

Women's Evening Bible Study
Women's Evening Bible Study begins Wednesday, January 15. We will study II Timothy: Living and Leading in Truth. All are welcome!

Live it Out Coffee and Conversation

Women's Morning Bible Study

As we begin 2025, we will be spending ten weeks studying Jen Wilkin's "Sermon on the Mount", exploring some of Jesus' most powerful teachings from the Gospel of Matthew. Join us as we study, worship, pray, and enjoy fellowship together!

21 Days of Prayer and Fasting
Our Foursquare denomination is committing to 21 days of prayer and fasting, focused on Spirit-filled prayer, from Monday, January 6 to Saturday, January 26. During this time, we’ll gather in the sanctuary every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 1 PM for prayer, and we’d love for you to join us!
A prayer guide is available on Amazon for $10.99. As we come together, may God unite us with Him as we seek His face and lift up ourselves and our world!

Men's Breakfast
We will have a special speaker during our upcoming Men's Breakfast on December 7 at 8 AM. Author Corey Piper will join us and share from his book, "500 Year Journey" based on his research into the date of Christ's birth and many related topics. We'll hear about how the entire universe is designed to highlight God's plans for redemption and judgment, how the 'Magi' that came to worship the baby Jesus might be connected to students of Daniel in Babylon, and how we can start some interesting spiritual conversations about why December 25 is probably not the right date! Join us for good food and fellowship, with a great topic to discuss.

Prime Time Senior Christmas Luncheon
Join us Sunday, December 1, after the second service for our Christmas Luncheon with guest speakers Dave and Sharon Holman who will be sharing about being "Chosen". Enjoy a three-course meal featuring Baked Honey Ham, catered by The Next Course, followed by Christmas carols from Lydia Goodland and Myrnie Miller.

Thanksgiving Eve Service
Join us for one of our most special services of the year Wednesday, November 27 at 7 PM. We will worship together and then give opportunity for any who would like to share a testimony of God's faithfulness over the past year.
We will also give an offering which will be then be given away entirely to those in need within the congregation. Come with a thankful heart, a thankful testimony, and a thankful offering! Childcare provided for five and under.

Hearts to Home Christmas Boxes
This year our Christmas Eve offering and mission focus is Friends of Afghans. For those of you who took Christmas boxes for families, please return them to the church by December 13. Thank you for being a part of Friends of Afghans this Christmas season to share the love of Jesus!

Creative Night
Come learn about and experience the connection between creativity and rest. Learn new techniques of rest and how to gauge whether you are getting enough creative rest. If you are interested in bringing more creativity into your life in any way we would love for you to join us. 7th grade and up are welcome to attend this two-hour event.

Men's Retreat
Our Living Way Men's Retreat is October 25-27 at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park! We will join together in teams to have fun, get to know one another, and grow spiritually as we compete to win the LWF Men's Retreat Cup!
